You will need to complete the online form once for each dog and class.
Re-registants for the same class can be assured they will get to keep their current class ONLY IF they register in Week 5.

During Week 6, all unfilled spots are available to any student.
Students who registered but have not pre-paid by the end of week 6 will not be placed in class and their spots released if another student has requested it.

WHEN TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:

Please be sure to register during the correct week ONLY.

Week 5 sign ups are open for current students who want to:

    • Students re-registering for the same class (guaranteed placement)
    • Lateral transfer (same level and type of class but different day/time)
    • Move ups (Beginner and above; Must have approval of instructor)

Week 6 sign ups are for

    the same dog

Class transfers (same type and level of class), move ups to a higher level, or new class registrants placements cannot not be confirmed until Week 6 when we know which classes have openings. If there are no openings in the transfer or higher class, please indicate if you want to keep your spot in your original class. Puppy class students cannot remain at the puppy level.

HOW TO REGISTER
Students will complete this simple form on their computer or smartphone day or night during Weeks 5 and 6. You will need to complete one form for each dog and each class you wish to take. If you do not have a computer or smartphone, you can use computers at the library and will need to get an email address. Otherwise, please ask a friend or relative to help you register. There will no longer be any clipboard registrations.

The registration form links for Obedience, Rally, Nosework and Agility classes will also be emailed to all current students.

PAYMENT

We are pleased to announce that we now accept PayPal (along with cash or check) for class fees. There is a PayPal link at the end of the registration form, or you can use the following link: https://northwestobedienceclub.org/noci-paypal-link-for-classes/ .

Payments can be sent by US mail to NOCI, 110 W. Woodstock St., Suite E, Crystal Lake, IL 60014, Attn: Training Hall Secretary or brought to the Training Hall. You can also place it in the exterior lockbox near the entrance.

You will be contacted by NOCI when your application has been received. All new dogs must be approved before they can register for class. Some dogs may require evaluation before class placement.

Students who registered but have not pre-paid by the end of week 6 will not be placed in class and their spots released if another student has requested it. We have found that some students sign up for a class and then don’t actually attend. Those spots are lost forever, which is frustrating to NOCI and the potential students who were turned away because we thought the class was full. To prevent that we require pre-payment to hold your spot.

Class fees for Obedience, Rally or Nosework are:
Non-members – $130
Members with no service credits – $70
Members with 2 service credits – $45
You may pay by cash or check. Checks should be made payable to NOCI and given to the Training Hall Secretary, your instructor, or mailed to Northwest Obedience Club to be received by the end of week 6.
