APPLICATION INFORMATION FOR NEW DOGS TO NOCI Prospective New students – Welcome! If you are interested in taking a class, please go to this web page: https://northwestobedienceclub.org/new-dog-application and follow directions to download a class application. Mail or drop off your application packet to the Training Hall Secretary per instructions on web page. For further information, contact us at . Emailed applications are not accepted.
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE COMPLETE AND INCLUDE: Three-page application filled out COMPLETELY (all blanks filled in) and include:
Immunization records from your veterinarian
Proof of rescue or military service to claim the one-time 50% discount (if applicable)
Payment (fee schedule is below)
Applications lacking the above information will not be processed
Place your completed application packet in a sealed envelope directed to Peggy Roesner, Training Hall Secretary. No loose paperwork, please!
Application may be sent via USPS mail or dropped off at NOCI. A dropbox is available outside the NOCI door; Emailed applications will not be accepted.
New, complete applications will be added to the waitlist in the order that they are received by NOCI. The week before the session begins, new dog evaluations will take place at NOCI. The Director of Training (Ray Czubek) will contact the owners to arrange a time for the evaluations. Puppies do not require an evaluation.

Applications received before or after this timeline will be returned to the sender.
(Puppies must be less than six months of age at the start of puppy class. Puppies require their first two distemper boosters before attending class.)
OBEDIENCE AND RALLY APPLICATIONS (BEGINNER LEVEL AND HIGHER) for the April 2026-3 session:

(HALF COURSE/NO COURSE SET UP: If we have a half course/no course set up for the weekend you may add jumps, tunnels and weaves to the course as you wish. On HALF COURSE/NO COURSE weekends you do not need to clean up any equipment after the rental is done.)
