- Find your name tag – and be sure to return it when you’re done.
- Find your ring and introduce yourself to your fellow workers.

- We know you probably haven’t had time for dinner so we’re providing a light meal and snacks.

- When your class/ring is finished, the Table Steward will coordinate with Shawn and see if your ring will be taking over any of the remaining dogs from another ring.
- This works both ways – if your class still has several runs to go after another ring has finished, the Table Steward will coordinate with Shawn and see if you can transfer some of your runs to the other ring.
- There are extra Table Sheets available in the office to help split the remaining runs in an organized manner.

- When your class is completely finished:
- Turn in your Name Tag to the main Check-In Table.
- Please help restore your ring for normal every-day use.
- Return table & chairs to storage.
- Set up the ring gates for the next day’s activities.
- Collect all supplies and return to Worker Check-In Table. (Clipboards, pens, booklets, binders, rule books, etc.)
