- First, calculate your fees:

- MEMBERS: 1st Test $15, each additional test $5, same dog.
- NON-members: 1st Test $20, each additional test $5, same dog.

- The Pay-Now Button takes you to a PayPal screen. You do NOT need a PayPal account to proceed — and you do NOT need to create one.

- FIRST: enter your Purchase Details.

- Enter TOTAL Tests Payment Due AS “Price per Item”.
- Just enter the whole-dollar amount, do NOT use a dollar sign ($) or decimal point.
- Do not change quantity.
- Click on CONTINUE.
- Enter TOTAL Tests Payment Due AS “Price per Item”.
