TWO UKC RALLY TRIALS

These trials are open to dogs at least six months of age, and registered with
the United Kennel Club. Mixed breeds are welcome, but must be UKC registered.

Building is climate controlled.
Limited crating space. No exercise pens. There will be no bitches in season
allowed on premises and there is no space for un-entered dogs

Move Ups Are Not Allowed
No “Day Of” Entries
Special Permission was granted by UKC for Pre-entry only

ENTRY FEES:
PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY…………………….$25.00
Each additional class (Same dog/Same Trial)………$22.00
(i.e., Open B and Utility B, in trial 1)
Junior Handler…………………………………….$17.00
*UKC allows dogs to receive all three qualifying legs under the same judge.
Move ups are not allowed.

Make checks payable to NOCI. Send completed form and fees to Trial Secretary. All entries must be submitted on official UKC entry form. Entries will not be accepted without signature, fees and correctly filled out entry form. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by judge or veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the show committee or UKC. No refunds after limit is reached except for bitches that come in season after the closing date of the trial minus a $5.00 handling fee with a veterinarian’s certificate prior to the start of the trial.

DIRECTIONS TO SHOW SITE
NOCI Training Hall is just south of Rt. 176 (Terra Cotta Ave.) and
1 mile east of Rt. 14 (Virginia Avenue). From Rt. 176, turn south
on Walkup Ave. and cross the railroad tracks. Turn right at
Woodstock St. We are the building right after Crystal Lake City
Hall. Turn right into the driveway, and park on the backside of the
building. For help with directions on the day of the trial call 847-421-2777.
