*UKC allows dogs to receive all three qualifying legs under the same judge.
Move ups are not allowed.

Send completed form and fees to Trial Secretary. All entries must be submitted on official UKC entry form. Entries will not be accepted without signature, fees and correctly filled out entry form. Entry fees will not be refunded in the event a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by judge or veterinarian, or barred from competition by action of the show committee or UKC. No refunds after limit is reached except for bitches that come in season after the closing date of the trial minus a $5.00 handling fee with a veterinarian’s certificate prior to the start of the trial.

These trials are open to dogs at least six months of age, and registered with the United Kennel Club. Mixed breeds are welcome, but must be UKC registered.

All dogs must be checked in a half-hour before their class starts.
We are on the same time zone as Chicago.

Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry.

Building is climate controlled.

Limited crating space. No exercise pens. There will be no bitches in season allowed on premises and there is no space for un-entered dogs.

Safety of dogs is our primary concern.
It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made.

By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the UKC rules and regulations of this sport.

Due to the fact that it is becoming more difficult to lease properties for training and events because of careless individuals, all handlers attending this event are required to clean up after his/her own dog and dispose of the waste in a proper receptacle. Anyone failing to do so will be asked to leave the premises. Barking dogs are not allowed to be in cars. You will be asked to leave if this comes to our attention.
