WAIT LIST: NOCI is offering a wait list to fill openings created by withdrawn entries
after the trial’s closing date/time. A maximum of 40 entries will be placed on the club’s
wait list. All entries, including wait listed entries, must be received by the Trial Secretary prior to closing at 7:00 pm, April 8, 2022. Any entries withdrawn that are received by 6:00 pm on Monday, May 2, 2022 will be replaced by a wait listed entry if any are available. If a withdrawn entry is replaced by a wait listed entry, a full refund will be issued for the withdrawn entry. Any wait listed entry that does not move off the wait list into the trial by 6:00 pm on May 2, 2022 will not be charged. If you do not wish to be placed on the Wait List, please mark the top of the entry form.

ENTRY INFORMATION: Entry fee is $25 for the first entry, per dog, per day
and $15 for the second and third entries of the same dog, per day (includes
$3.50/$3.00 AKC recording fee per entry.

Returned checks will incur a $25 fee.
There will be no refunds for over-payments of $10 or less. A maximum of ten (10)
dogs may be submitted per envelope of entries.

Entries that are incorrect, illegible, or
incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor.
Express mail entries must waive the signature requirement or they will be
refused. Exhibitors are responsible for complete, accurate and legible information on their entry forms. All illegible or incomplete forms may be returned without prior notification to the exhibitor.

Trial secretary assumes no responsibility for incorrect entry
information due to illegibility of the entry. Entries will not be accepted without proper fees and signatures. Entries must be submitted on entry forms with the AKC agreement printed on the reverse side. Entries submitted without the agreement will be returned.

If any exhibitor wishes to know that he made it into the trial after the draw, he must either include a valid email address on the entry form (preferred) or include a self-addressed stamped postcard or envelope to be returned after the draw date.
This club does not agree to arbitrate claims as set forth on the Official AKC Entry Form
for this event.

HOTEL INFORMATION:
Exhibitors must contact motels directly and identify themselves as having dogs.
Some require deposits; others take only medium to small dogs.
Please use extreme caution in the treatment of motel space.
Please be responsible hotel guests.
Pick up after your dogs. Do not leave dogs alone in rooms!
