ENTRY FEES:
First obedience class in which a dog is entered (per trial)*: $27.00
Each additional obedience entry of the same dog (per trial)*: $22.00
First rally class in which a dog is entered (per trial)*: $27.00
Each additional rally entry of the same dog (per trial)*: $22.00
*includes the $3.50 AKC Recording and Event Service Fee

Entries Close: Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or when limits are
reached if before November 29, 2023, after which time entries cannot be
accepted, canceled or substituted, except as provided for in Chapter 11, Sec 6 of
the Rules Applying to Dog Shows Transfers will be allowed per Chapter 1,
Sec 16 of the Obedience Regulations.

DIRECTIONS
The NOCI Building is located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Going North on Rt. 31, take a left at Crystal Lake Road, a right at N. Caroline St and a left on to Woodstock St. Coming
South on Rt. 31, take a right at Rt 176, left at N. Walkup Ave and a right at Woodstock St. The entrance is in the back of the building. There is parking in the back of the
building and across the street in the municipal parking lot.
