Welcome

Please note: The NOCI training facility is closed due to the State mitigation 3 level for COVID-19. Hopefully it will not be too long of a closure but it will be dependent upon the State COVID status. Our next scheduled session will start in late January or February 2021. Classes in the current session will continue once the mandate has been lifted. Please contact the Training Hall Secretary to get more information on classes and your paperwork.
